SAP Implementation & Migration Planning

Lead the planning and technical evaluation of SAP implementation and migration initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, high-performing, maintainable, cost-effective, and compliant with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements (e.g. IM8).

IT Architecture Development

Design, develop, and optimise IT architecture to meet project requirements while adhering to best practices and organisational standards.

Stakeholder Communication

Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, product owners, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding technical progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Project Planning & Quality Assurance

Provide accurate technical estimates, plan and execute projects efficiently, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and compliance with standards.

Risk Management

Identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for technical risks to minimise impact on project timelines, performance, and overall system stability.

Key Requirements

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Comes with more than 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in SAP system architecture, implementation, support, or other SAP-related lead roles.
• Familiarity / hands‑on experience in SAP Financial technologies including SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Fiori, HANA, SAC, BPC, RAP/CAP, DS, SDI, DMC, Build tools (Build, Build Process Automation, Build Work Zone), Restful API, S/4HANA migration using SAP Activate, financial data integration and transformation, SAP Extension Methodologies (In-App, Side‑by‑Side), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, GCC).
• Proven problem‑solving, analytical, effective communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with sound technical and decision‑making skills. Adept in a fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
