Job summary

K2 PARTNERING SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Lead SAP Finance Solution Architect to drive design, blueprinting, and implementation of a global SAP Finance landscape.

You will serve as the enterprise authority across FI/CO, S/4HANA Group Reporting, and Funds Management, collaborating with C-suite and IT partners to deliver a modernised financial core. You will lead blueprinting sessions, ensure end-to-end integration with SD/MM, and oversee data migration, validation, and reconciliation

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP Finance implementations with lead roles.
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle S/4HANA template rollouts as Architect or Lead.
• Deep expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, COPC, COPA, and cost center accounting.
• Experience with FM and budgeting controls integrated with PS/MM/FI.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Finance Solution Architect to drive the design, blueprinting, and implementation of our global SAP Finance landscape. In this strategic technical role, you will serve as the enterprise authority across core SAP FICO, S/4HANA Group Reporting (Consolidation), and Funds Management (FM / PSM-FM).

You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders, finance directors, and global IT implementation partners to deliver a modernised financial digital core that unifies local operations, group-level consolidation, and multi-entity budgetary governance.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the principal architect for global SAP finance transformations, leading blueprinting sessions, target operating model designs, and S/4HANA migration strategies.

Maintain design authority across core SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Group Reporting, Funds Management (FM), and surrounding finance applications.

Ensure end-to-end integration across logistics, procurement, sales, and capital planning modules (SD, MM, PP, PS, IM, JVA).

Architect complex management accounting structures including Product Costing (COPC), Profitability Analysis (COPA / Margin Analysis), Material Ledger, and Transfer Pricing frameworks.

Drive the end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA Group Reporting and Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation (ICMR).

Configure Financial Statement (FS) item hierarchies, data validation rules, reclassifications, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, and equity pickup rules.

Design and implement SAP Funds Management (FM / PSM-FM) to ensure strict availability control (AVC), budget execution, and fund/grant allocations across commercial or public sector entities.

Establish budget structures, commitment items, fund centers, and integration pathways with Project Systems (PS) and Procurement (MM).

Oversee financial data migration strategy, managing extraction, transformation, pre-load validations, and GL balance reconciliation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

10+ years of SAP Finance implementation experience with a minimum of 3+ full lifecycle S/4HANA global template rollouts in an Architect or Lead role.

Deep hands-on expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, COPC, COPA, Material Ledger, and Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting.

Demonstrated experience architecting and configuring S/4HANA Group Reporting, ICMR, or BPC legal consolidation.
Proven experience configuring SAP Funds Management (FM) and budget control mechanisms integrated with PS/MM/FI.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

Formal SAP certifications in S/4HANA Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or Group Reporting are highly desirable.
