Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP PP Functional Consultant to support an ongoing ERP implementation and provide functional expertise in the Production Planning (PP) domain. This role is focused on discrete manufacturing in the automotive sector and includes enhancement, support, and deployment activities across SAP ECC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services for SAP ERP Production Planning (PP) in discrete manufacturing.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs, fit/gap analysis, and blueprint documentation.
• Execute configuration, development specifications, and system testing (Functional, Integration, UAT).
• Perform data migration trial runs and support final preparation activities including cutover and user training.
• Provide Level 3 helpdesk support for SAP ECC systems (MS5, PAS, PS3, PMY).
• Authorize PP access requests and support AMS team in test document reviews and transport request (TR) approvals.
• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of PP with other modules (SD, MM, FICO).
• Participate in functional enhancements and support interfaces with other SAP systems or third-party shop floor systems.
• Work closely with the project team for ongoing solution improvement and rollout activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA full‑cycle implementations, preferably involving global template rollouts.
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP PP (Production Planning) within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Solid understanding of related technical components: Production execution, IDOCs, EDI, LSMW.
• Experience with cross‑module integration (SD, MM, FICO).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori (standard/custom) configurations is a plus.
• Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud is advantageous.
• Basic conversational Mandarin preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
