Job summary

IBM Consulting in Singapore is seeking an SAP EAM / EPPM Lead to design, implement, and deliver SAP S/4HANA EAM and EPPM solutions for clients. You will combine deep domain expertise with delivery leadership to translate asset management and project requirements into scalable SAP designs.

You will guide stakeholders, drive workshops, oversee configuration and integration, and ensure successful adoption and measurable business outcomes across asset-intensive industries.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA EAM and Plant Maintenance
• Strong experience in SAP EPPM, project system, budgeting, investment management
• Delivery leadership across an entire implementation lifecycle
• Ability to design integrated SAP solutions across Finance, MM, Procurement, HCM
• Deep understanding of asset lifecycle, maintenance execution, and portfolio governance
• Experience defining data migration requirements and testing strategies
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate decisions
• Experience mentoring and leading functional consultants

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end functional solution for SAP S/4HANA EAM and EPPM across Plant Maintenance and Project System
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into fit-to-standard designs
• Oversee configuration and integration across SAP modules and third-party platforms
• Provide functional leadership through blueprinting, realization, testing, cutover and hypercare
• Establish design principles, review specifications, and manage risks
• Help clients improve asset reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and project governance
• Develop process guidance and support adoption to realize business value
• Coordinate teams, manage priorities, and mentor team members
