Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Singapore is seeking a SAP Distribution Manager - South Asia to lead deployments of zone projects, configure solutions, perform integration testing, support UAT, and train users while providing onsite Go-live support. You will partner with Central teams, manage escalations, drive design of zone initiatives in distribution flows, and ensure alignment with LV_NEO teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, with prior IS experience in retail/distribution/supply chain domain.
• Expertise on SAP/MM/SD, functional integration between SAP and other systems (WMS, OMS, POS). Overall IS&T competencies will be a plus (APIs, BPMs, SQL).
• Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution flows of consumer goods (if possible, in a retail context with international exposure).
• Good command of spoken and written English & an additional language will be a plus.
• Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures.
• Innovative, self-starter and customer-centric mindset.
• Organized; meeting deadlines; action oriented.

About The Job

The SAP Distribution Manager - South Asia will be the main regional point of contact for SAP SD/MM evolutions and projects. He/she will help to build local expertise on the SAP SD/MM topics, and to lead the customization & UAT support for global / regional project roll-out.

Job Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Own, manage and drive deployments of zone projects.
  • Solution configuration

• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels.
• Lead design of zone initiatives (new distribution flows, reorganization)

Solution Expertise

• SAP solution expert in charge of implementing new projects and new features, support users during UAT phases.
• Liaise with Central team on new zone requests and coordinate for development and deployment.

Infrastructure and Security

• Manage relationship with local partners and local / regional LV_NEO teams support and maintenance.
• Be the local point of contact for escalations on SAP distribution.
• Act as L4 when necessary to help support teams troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Liaising with support and central teams for issues resolution and problem follow-up.
• Supporting Change Requests.

Profile
