A leading technology firm in Singapore seeks an SAP SuccessFactors specialist to design and implement solutions for clients. The successful candidate will manage projects, coach team members, and build customer relationships while staying current with SAP technologies. Must have at least 5 years of SAP implementation experience and proficiency in SuccessFactors Learning and Compensation.
The SAP SuccessFactor is responsible for design and implementation of the SuccessFactor project for our clients in Singapore. Candidate needs to be able to help with assessment of client business requirement, provide recommendation, design and deploy the SuccessFactor solution to meet client’s requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements and deliver business value consulting services for clients.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, propose solutions and workarounds and estimate resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance functionality and optimize performance of applications.
Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in SAP technologies to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
Translating and simplifying requirements. Identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
Leading and/or participating in the business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.
Analyzing change in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules.
Partnering with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
Following standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions.
Coach, train and mentor team members.
Develop and continuously improve on the materials available for enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevance.
Contribute to competency enablement throughout the community in NCS on a global basis.
Develop and manage a group of individuals to be part of the focused competency community. This enhances NCS’s ability to support the growth expectations of the business, and continually build the image and success of the NCS brand.
Effectively engaged stakeholders in sales, project decisions and execution.
Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer's expectation.
