Job summary

Accenture Singapore is seeking a skilled Requirements Analyst to drive business analysis across complex engagements. You will facilitate workshops, gather and document requirements, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and project goals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and operations to design effective solutions and guide stakeholders through the project lifecycle. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, analyze, and validate business and application requirements.

• Act as a subject matter expert in requirements analysis and application design, providing guidance on complex solution challenges.
• Support project planning, estimation, and risk identification activities related to application design.
• Conduct design reviews and assess application performance, recommending enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on requirements analysis, design methodologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and application design.
• Strong expertise in Requirements Analysis and Application Design.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise application development and system integration initiatives.
• Knowledge of application architecture principles, design patterns, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery frameworks.
• Experience in stakeholder management and technical leadership activities.
