Job summary

EY Advisory Services Sdn Bhd seeks a SAP BTP AI Developer (Senior Associate) to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications on SAP BTP within EY DnA. You will work on AI Core/Launchpad deployments, build APIs and microservices, and support GenAI use cases in enterprise SAP landscapes.

You will collaborate with architects and clients in a fast-paced consulting environment, applying cloud-native development practices and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably in SAP or enterprise environments
• Experience in consulting or client-facing settings

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications on SAP BTP
• Build and integrate machine learning/LLM-based solutions (chatbots, document processing, copilots, recommendations)
• Work with SAP AI Core and AI Launchpad for model deployment, orchestration, and lifecycle management
• Develop APIs, microservices, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems
• Support implementation of GenAI use cases (prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search)
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in testing, deployment, and production support
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and internal capability building

We are looking for a SAP BTP AI Developer (Senior Associate) to join our Technology Consulting team, supporting the development of AI‑driven applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role is suited for a hands‑on developer who has experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI (LLM) solutions, and is keen to apply these within enterprise SAP landscapes using SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and BTP services.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI‑enabled applications on SAP BTP
• Build and integratemachine learning / LLM‑based solutions (e.g. chatbots, document processing, copilots, recommendation engines)
• Work withSAP AI Core and AI Launchpad for model deployment, orchestration, and lifecycle management
• Develop APIs, microservices, and integrations with SAP and non‑SAP systems

Skills and attributes for success

• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP services (e.g. CAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, Integration Suite)
• Exposure toSAP AI Core and/or AI Launchpad (even at project / PoC level)
• Experience working withAI/ML or LLM‑based solutions
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native development
  
• Familiarity withversion control and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with LLM frameworks / GenAI tools (e.g. LangChain, OpenAI, prompt design, RAG architecture)
  
• Exposure to vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)
  
• Experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA or SAP systems
  
• Knowledge of data processing frameworks or analytics platforms
  
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in agile teams

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in software development, preferably within SAP or enterprise environments
• Experience working in consulting or client‑facing environments
