Job summary

CORNERSTONE GLOBAL PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SAP BASIS Integration Consultant to administer and optimize enterprise SAP environments, ensuring smooth integration with external applications.

You will manage SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and HANA and oversee upgrades, interfaces, security, and DR planning. Responsibilities include configuring RFC/IDoc and REST/SOAP/SFTP interfaces, supporting SAP Integration Suite and PI/PO, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system

Qualifications

• H hands-on SAP BASIS administration and integration support.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA, ECC, and HANA.
• Linux, networking, connectivity, and troubleshooting basics.
• Experience with RFC, IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, and SFTP.
• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO.
• Understanding of SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Connector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with incident management experience.
• Good communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and HANA environments.
• Perform upgrades, patching, transports, system copies, refreshes, and performance tuning.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations (RFC, IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, SFTP).
• Support SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, BTP, and Cloud Connector.
• Investigate and resolve SAP, middleware, connectivity, and interface issues per SLAs.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs for interfaces and systems.
• Support security activities including certificate management and access controls.
• Assist backup, recovery, HA, and DR activities for SAP environments.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

Job Description: SAP BASIS Integration Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Integration Consultant to administer, maintain, and support enterprise SAP environments while ensuring seamless integration between SAP systems and external applications. The role involves SAP BASIS administration, interface management, system performance optimization, security, and technical troubleshooting across complex SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and support SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA environments.

• Perform SAP system upgrades, patching, transport management, system copies, system refreshes, and performance tuning.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations using RFC, IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, and SFTP.

• Support SAP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Cloud Connector.

• Investigate and resolve SAP system, middleware, connectivity, and interface issues within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, interface configurations, and system records.

• Support SAP security activities, including certificate management, connectivity configuration, access coordination, and technical security controls.

• Support backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery activities for SAP environments.

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, network, and external vendor teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and SAP integration support.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and core BASIS administration.

• Working knowledge of Linux operating systems, networking, system connectivity, and technical troubleshooting.

• Experience with SAP integration technologies and protocols, including RFC, IDoc, OData, REST, SOAP, and SFTP.

• Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and/or SAP PI/PO.

• Understanding of SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Connector.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with experience in incident management.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in SAP BASIS, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, or SAP Integration.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale or mission-critical SAP environments.

• Exposure to cloud-hosted or hybrid SAP landscapes, high availability, and disaster recovery practices.
