Job summary

AXXIS TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a SAP Business One Consultant for Japanese accounts to lead pre-sales, implement full cycles, and provide post-live support and training.

You will gather requirements, configure SAP B1, document specs, and work with clients to ensure successful projects. Strong Japanese fluency and a background in accounting or IT are essential; 3 full-cycle SAP B1 implementations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology/Management, Computer Science, or Business (Accounting).
• Minimum 2 years' experience as SAP Business One Functional Consultant in a Consulting environment.
• Proven track record in at least 3 full-cycle project implementations for SAP Business One.
• Having good knowledge of SAP HANA will be an advantage.
• As the Consultant for Japanese customers and accounts, strong Japanese fluency in business and technical communications are essential.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to exchange complex information effectively with customers, analyse problems, and provide clear recommendations.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and their priorities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' current business processes and make recommendations to resolve business problems
• Conduct user requirement gathering and develop function design specifications in alignment with new business requirements
• Perform system configuration and documentation, prepare unit testing script and carry out user-acceptance testing
• Provide post-live support and conduct end-user training
• Work closely with business users and ensure good rapport with clients
