About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Functional Consultant to provide end-to-end support for our business users and implement effective S/4HANA-integrated solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality SAP Ariba configurations, managing global enhancements, and ensuring smooth transitions for property onboarding and divestment.

This role requires a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring process optimization and continuous improvement across procurement and sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support to business users and deliver cost-effective SAP Ariba and S/4HANA solutions.
• Respond to user queries and address issues related to system design, data quality, performance, and behavior.
• Identify, assess, and manage global changes with appropriate mitigation and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to introduce new enhancements, functionalities, and process improvements.
• Configure and manage system setup for new properties or divested entities, ensuring accurate master and transactional data migration.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive better system performance.
• Work closely with IT COE teams to implement process changes, conduct SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business users.
• Update and maintain process blueprints, functional and technical specifications, and training materials.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Facilitate end-user training sessions to enhance system understanding and operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, ERP, Business IT, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules and relevant functional support or implementation roles.
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba integration with S/4HANA.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• A proactive, systematic, and detail-oriented professional with enthusiasm, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts modules.
• Familiarity with end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes.
• Exposure to data migration, integration, and master data management.
• Strong documentation and training delivery capabilities.
