Qualifications

• GCE "O" Level or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP software like SAP is an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Ability to handle laboratory instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sampling lab activities are carried out in accordance with required EHS directives.
• Compound ingredients in correct proportions according to system formulas.
• Perform miscellaneous routine activities such as material inventory count, material replenishment, vessel cleaning, and machine maintenance.
• Manage robot operation to ensure timely completion of robot sub-mixes for on-time delivery to customers.
• Optimize robot pours to support Sampling Lab, Creation Lab, and Production.
• Ensure optimal robot performance through preventive maintenance, material stock management, and troubleshooting.
• Carry out all compounding activities and robot operations according to approved procedures.
• Ensure tasks are completed correctly the first time.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities or initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with Quality System standards (ISO 9001, GMP, Halal).

The Sampling Compounder is responsible for ensuring the timely completion of market sample orders, including all activities necessary to support this process.
