Job summary

The Nail List is seeking a capable supervisor to manage daily shop operations in Singapore. You will oversee service delivery, maintain store standards, and ensure excellent customer interactions.

Responsibilities include staff training, motivating the team, implementing promotional campaigns, inventory control, and accurate cash handling during opening and closing. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in salon, beauty or service industry.
• Able to lead or supervise a team.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the shop.
• Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop.
• Follow up on customer’s appointment and feedback.
• Train team members, motivate team’s morale and resolve staff issues.
• Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target.
• Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies.
• Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation.
