Job description

As a Salesforce Solution consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable and robust solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and providing leadership throughout the development lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce-based applications, including integrations with third-party systems.
• Architect and optimize data models, ensuring data integrity and performance within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with other developers and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices related to Salesforce development.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
• Assist in the resolution of post-implementation issues and ongoing system enhancements.

Job Qualifications
