Job Summary

Role: Salesforce QA Tester

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Singapore

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Tester to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce QA and testing, with hands‑on experience in validating customizations, workflows, and proprietary languages. This role requires attention to detail, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Overall 8+ years of QA and testing experience, with 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce QA & Testing.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Salesforce platform and its proprietary languages (Apex, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components).
• Strong understanding of client‑side development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout, etc.).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce features and integrations.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers and stakeholders for resolution.
• Validate customizations, configurations, and workflows within Salesforce.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in Salesforce QA processes.
• Participate in regression, functional, and integration testing cycles.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality releases.
