Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Apex, Aura, LWC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid experience writing and executing test plans, cases, and defect reports.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Salesforce implementations.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Validate custom developments including Apex classes and Aura components.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Track, document, and manage defects through QA tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and product owners.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and delivery timelines.
• Support automated testing initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
