Salesforce Project Manager - Public Sector
- Capture, understand, and analyze client user requirements and objectives
 
- Project manage resources and ensure successful delivery of business implementations
 
- Assist project team with design and development tasks, including system integration
 
- Deliver and install technology solutions
 
- Manage all documentation (technical specs, functional specs, backlogs, user manuals, support documents)
 
- Conduct training on implemented solutions
 
- Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, sponsors, and third-party vendors (outsourced teams, software vendors)
 
- Coordinate releases and post-Go-Live materials (training documentation, sessions)
 
- Oversee support and maintenance; organize project handover to support team
 
- Continuously update knowledge on Salesforce.com solutions
 
Responsibilities

- Update Salesforce knowledge regularly
 
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
 
- Strong IT background with management or engineering qualifications
 
- 5-8 years relevant experience as a Project Manager
 
- Project and team management experience
 
- Experience working on public sector projects (government or public corporations)
 
- Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI...) are advantageous
 
- Scrum PSPO or PSM certification is a plus
 
- Experience in complex, distributed team environments
 
- Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
 
- Independent, creative, and reliable
 
- Detail-oriented and focused
 
- Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environments
 
- Customer-focused mindset
 
- Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience are a plus but not required
 
- Willingness to travel and undertake overseas postings
