Job summary

PwC Singapore is offering a December 2026 to February 2027 Salesforce Internship within Advisory – Salesforce practice. You will engage with high‑profile brands, contribute to Customer Experience transformation and digital implementation, and gain hands‑on exposure to real Salesforce projects.

As a penultimate year student, you will collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team in a fast‑paced consulting environment, learning best practices in Salesforce powered CX and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year students from reputable universities with strong academics.
• Interest or experience with the Salesforce platform and digital transformation.
• Willingness to learn new tools and stay updated on technology trends.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with clear written communication.
• Ability to collaborate across global teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of business process improvement and Salesforce implementations.
• Assist in design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions across clouds.
• Contribute to documentation, requirements, flows, and technical designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure client outcomes.
• Support internal accelerators and reusable assets for practice innovation.
