Job summary

The Ministry of Education (MOE) in Singapore seeks an Enterprise Platform Engineer (Salesforce) to design, extend, and scale Education Cloud solutions, built on core Salesforce foundations and integrated with other enterprise systems to operate reliably at national scale.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into production-ready Salesforce solutions, focusing on security, performance, and maintainability while expanding Education Cloud capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and APIs.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Education Cloud, using core platform capabilities.
Extend Salesforce through Apex, triggers, flows, and custom UI components to meet business needs.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other government or third-party systems using APIs.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready Salesforce solutions.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to stable, secure releases.
Apply Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
