Salesforce Developer / Release Manager

Deegit Asia Pte Ltd is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer / Release Manager to join our technology team in Singapore. This role is ideal for a professional who can combine hands‑on Salesforce development expertise with strong release management and DevOps capabilities. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while ensuring smooth and controlled release cycles across multiple environments.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce release or deployment management experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Proficient with Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Metadata API, and change set‑based deployments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata types, dependencies, and deployment order.
• Experience managing version control systems (GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture — Apex, LWC, Flows, managed packages, and permission structures.
• Excellent knowledge of release planning, sandbox management, and environment governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills across business and technical teams.
• Salesforce certification: Administrator, Platform Builder
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of data migration tools (data loader, or custom script)
• Exposure to multi‑cloud deployments (Sales Cloud, Services Could, Experience Cloud and etc)

Developer Exposure

• Proficiency in building and customising Experience Cloud sites using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Experience Builder.
• Strong understanding of site architecture, navigation, and branding within Experience Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Experience Cloud, with familiarity across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud as complementary platforms (minimum 8 years of experience).
• Ability to configure and manage profiles, roles, sharing rules, and community user access.
• Experience integrating Experience Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware tools.
• Skilled in managing data visibility, authentication, and SSO for external users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on release management experience within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, metadata, and API structures.
• Practical experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, AutoRABIT, or similar).
• Proficiency in Git-based version control and branching strategies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or Release Management certifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
