Responsibilities
- Analyzing Information: Dive into key data, insights, and facts to determine actions for the business’s success.
 - Elicitation: Establish project foundations by asking questions, gathering opinions, and analyzing information through stakeholder interviews to identify teams, processes, and other key elements.
 - Documentation of Requirements: Document all inputs, actions, and outcomes exchanged between teams and departments to ensure stakeholder clarity.
 - Communication: Act as a bridge between teams, departments, and stakeholders through verbal and non-verbal communication to align processes and inputs with desired outputs.
 - Planning & Implementing Solutions: Plan and execute effective actions and solutions aligned with business goals.
 - Testing: Test and measure implemented solutions, track progress, and create training materials, including feedback and elicitation questions for record-keeping.
 
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
 - 3+ years of Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience
 - 5+ years in a Salesforce Business Analyst role
 - Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent cloud certifications
 - Significant enterprise-level project management experience (SOWs, contracts, risk management, staffing)
 - Background in Business Process Engineering/Re-engineering, especially in sales, marketing, and customer support
 - Strong communication skills, executive presence, and facilitation experience
 - Proven success as a lead in enterprise CRM implementations and technology initiatives
