We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable Salesforce requirements. This role plays a key part in shaping, optimizing, and delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions across the organization.

What You'll Do:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce user stories and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and Salesforce technical teams to refine requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce features, from requirement definition to UAT, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Conduct process assessments to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved user experience within Salesforce.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand pain points, propose solutions, and validate enhancements through demos and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization to enable efficient agile delivery.
  • Create and maintain documentation including process flows, business rules, and change impact analyses.
  • Support data-related activities such as validation, mapping, and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce modules.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar BA role in Salesforce-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, workflows, data models, and common cloud modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Background in digital product delivery or agile squads is highly preferred.
  • Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical features.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, Product Owners, and stakeholders across functions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with UAT coordination, user training, and change management activities is an advantage.
  • Salesforce certifications (BA, Admin, or relevant Cloud certifications) are a plus.
