Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across Salesforce architecture, development, and integration — combined with strong leadership in guiding teams and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture design, technology selection, and implementation planning for Salesforce projects.
• Participate in full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to deployment and performance optimization.
• Architect, plan, and oversee the core functions and modules of the Salesforce platform, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high availability.
• Design and enforce system security, data protection, and compliance frameworks within Salesforce environments.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to conduct technical risk assessments and make architecture decisions aligned with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities, performance tuning, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5–8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design, including Lightning development projects.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization (Profiles, Permission Sets, Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS.
• Experience with ASP MVC, ASP Web API, and third‑party API integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid grasp of software design patterns, multithreading, distributed systems, and performance optimization principles.
• Experience with OmniStudio and OmniScript preferred.
• Knowledge of AWS Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and GovTech stack is advantageous.
• Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions will be an advantage.
