Our team is looking for an UIUX Designer to drive our digitalization projects for Singapore Government agencies.

• Collaborate with a group of passionate and innovative colleagues

Responsibilities:

1. Facilitating the user research activities to understand users' goals, behaviour, and needs.
2. Develop models of users based on research findings, as well as models for other domain factors.
3. Define context scenarios and stories sharing about ideal user experiences that the team wants to achieve.
4. Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support users' goals & tasks, and how successful interactions look.
5. Design the overall structure and behaviourof the system, information flows, and workflows.
6. Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring the design enables users to meet the goals.
7. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets that effectively communicate the intended user experience and design direction, considering the unique requirements of government service delivery.
8. Develop a sense of empathy for people.

Requirements:

• Possesses at least 4 years of working experience as product designer.
• Capable in conducting workshops and user interviews.
• Skills in design using Figma.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
