What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end architecture design for Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions and system blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.).
• Oversee integration of Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Define and enforce governance, DevOps, and security standards for Salesforce environments.
• Conduct design reviews, technical assessments, and ensure compliance with architectural principles.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver innovative CRM solutions.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and best practices, advising stakeholders on adoption strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in an architectural or technical leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level Salesforce implementations with measurable business impact.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture design and multi‑cloud implementation.
• Hands‑on skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with integration patterns (API‑based, event‑driven, or using middleware such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica).
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Git.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow automation, triggers, and process builder optimizations.
• Understanding of Salesforce Shield, Einstein Analytics, or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) is an advantage.

Functional Expertise:

• Experience leading requirement workshops and converting business needs into scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes across sales, service, and marketing functions.
