Sales / Wellness Consultant

Working Days: 5 days

Location: Ang Mo Kio Hub

Salary: $2000-$3000

Requirement:
  • At least 1 year of experience in the health and wellness industry/ retail sales or high-end/luxury product sales
  • Comfortable to work on weekends / Public Holidays


Job Scope:
  1. Store Operations: Responsible for the daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to product sales, customer service, product display, stocktaking, and administrative record-keeping;
  2. Sales Targets: Achieve personal and team sales targets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis as planned by the company;
  3. Product Sales: Carry out daily retail sales, introduce and promote products to customers, and provide basic health advice;
  4. Customer Outreach: Use various methods such as in-store sales, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online marketing to reach out to and maintain both new and existing customers;
  5. Customer Service: Build and maintain customer management systems, improve customer satisfaction, and develop long-term clients.

6. Additional Responsibilities:
a. Recommend appropriate wellness products
b. Assist new team members in improving their sales and customer service skills;
c. Contribute to: identifying new market channels, planning sales campaigns, increasing sales revenue, improving customer retention
