Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our sales and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of client coordination and backend logistics, and who wants to contribute to a more sustainable future while maintaining a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotations, proposals, and tonnage reports.
  • Follow up with clients on enquiries, service requests, and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate collection service schedules between clients and the operations team.
  • Support the planning and execution of e-waste collection drives and outreach events.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, tracking leads and prospects.
  • Prepare and update sales performance reports.
  • Manage filing and record-keeping of customer correspondence.
  • Monitor and report on collection volume data.
Warehouse Administration
  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving and delivery data.
  • Prepare delivery documentation (e.g., Delivery Orders, receiving acknowledgements).
  • Serve as the liaison between internal warehouse staff and external licensed recyclers for delivery and receiving arrangements.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, and recyclers via phone and email.
  • Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions and maintain stock accuracy.
  • Organize and file documentation such as delivery orders, receiving records, and inventory logs.

This is a part time role of 3 days work week. Incumbent must be willing to commute to Tuas.
