Support team management and coaching efforts in collaboration with the Sales Director to drive team performance and development
Manage the full sales cycle, including cold calling, lead generation, client presentations, negotiations, and closing deals to achieve sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, including face-to-face meetings and travel when necessary
Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends to inform sales strategies and business decisions
Implement and optimize sales processes, policies, and reporting systems to support business growth and ensure effective team operations
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and team management, with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets
