Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport claimable

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director in managing the team, coaching members, and overseeing daily sales activities.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads and follow up with assigned customers to meet sales targets.
- Act as the main liaison between sales channels, customers, and internal departments.
- Proactively resolve issues and provide solutions to achieve both sales and customer objectives.
- Collect, analyse, and report market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, account potential, and sales strategies.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key industry contacts.
- Travel locally and overseas to visit key customers and strengthen business relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to finalise agreements.
- Use customer and competitor data to support decision-making and refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and conduct presentations for potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement processes and policies to enhance business growth and sales productivity.
- Identify, qualify, and add new prospects to the sales pipeline while managing and expanding key accounts.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve sales skills and client relationship management.
- Meet periodic targets for new customer acquisition, sales revenue, and sales activities.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with industrial/technology products or solutions.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills in managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to lead and influence.
- Able to identify market opportunities and evaluate potential customers and business prospects.
- Independent, resourceful, and capable of troubleshooting issues and making sound decisions.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
