Position Title: Inside Sales Manager (Team Lead)

Working Location: Joo Chiat

Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm)

Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport claimable

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Director in managing the team, coaching members, and overseeing daily sales activities.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new leads and follow up with assigned customers to meet sales targets.
  • Act as the main liaison between sales channels, customers, and internal departments.
  • Proactively resolve issues and provide solutions to achieve both sales and customer objectives.
  • Collect, analyse, and report market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, account potential, and sales strategies.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key industry contacts.
  • Travel locally and overseas to visit key customers and strengthen business relationships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to finalise agreements.
  • Use customer and competitor data to support decision-making and refine sales approaches.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations for potential clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes and policies to enhance business growth and sales productivity.
  • Identify, qualify, and add new prospects to the sales pipeline while managing and expanding key accounts.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to drive business expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve sales skills and client relationship management.
  • Meet periodic targets for new customer acquisition, sales revenue, and sales activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
