Job description

We're looking for individuals who are interested in developing towards team leadership and management responsibilities. You will begin by developing your foundation in face-to-face sales and customer engagement while receiving structured coaching. As you demonstrate the required skills, consistency and leadership ability, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as coaching new team members, supporting training and assisting with team activities. Previous management experience is not mandatory.
