We invite a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join our team and make a significant impact to our organization. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, client relationship management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth in OOH Media Sales.

Lead, motivate and mentor the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, resources and support to achieve their individual and team sales goals.

Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including advertising agencies, brands and media buyers to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize revenue generation and increase profitability.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, advertising and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and product offerings.

Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or any related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and proven track record of success in sales leadership roles in media industry.
