Job Title: Sales Support Specialist (Part-time)
At MIJ Hub, the Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in driving our sales function. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact as an individual contributor. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is eager to bring their extensive retail sales experience to a dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will drive sales across all MIJ brands, including student enrollment for MIJ Hub, securing donations, and promoting product sales from Ashraf Café and Inspo. You will engage with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close sales, upsell, and retain customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure a seamless experience between our e-commerce platforms and sales efforts. You’ll also be responsible for utilizing HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Specialist to drive sales revenue across all MIJ brands, focusing on donations and product sales
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare sales materials, and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Coordinate with other departments to support smooth and efficient sales operations
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms, including Payload, to support smooth integration between marketing and sales workflows
  • Strong experimentation mindset, comfortable testing variations in messaging, offers, and channels to identify what drives higher engagement and conversions
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
