Purpose of the Role:
This role is responsible to develop proposal/quotes (to fulfil client requirements) through collaborations with internal stakeholders – to meet deadlines and contribute to winning new business opportunities
What You’ll Do :
- Evaluate clients’ proposal request; identify client’s requirement through study synopsis/specification forms and develop proposal/budget - Depot Services and Clinical Sourcing quotation, overview, supply approach.
- Working closely with Business Development team to align account strategy, while collaborating with other internal stakeholders/vendors to identify best proposal strategy/approach.
- Develop and execute consistent quotation for local, regional & global RFQs through standardized documents and templates.
- Integrate proposal materials into final client ready package.
- Assist with Work Orders/Project Orders preparation for onboarding project matters
- Update the monthly leads to Proposal Manager on RFP, RFQ, award submittals. Ensure database is up-to-date with accurate information for reports generation/analysis
- Administratively support proposal RFQ/RFI/RFQ questionnaire and act as point of coordinator to internal stakeholders to gather proposal document data (e.g. Operations/ Finance/ Business Developments/ Affiliates)
- Develop & maintain Request for Proposal information in shared directories according to department standards
- Maintain proposal milestones schedule like issue & review dates, kickoff meetings and due dates.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Diploma or Degree Holder
- Proposal specialist are expected to have experience in the field of business development, marketing or sales support.
- Strong in Microsoft Office
- Have the final eye for proposals, so along with the education you will need to be able to accurately proofread the entire proposal.
- Good communication, coordination & numerical & administrative skills
- Ability to analyze and think critically.
Advantage to Have:
- Experience in relevant industry (preferably Clinical Trials)
- Technologically savvy, for example pivot tables, macros, data analytics
- Personal attributes sought are independence, team player, resourcefulness, analytical, initiative, flexibility, and willingness to accept and implement changes.
- Expected to adopt a hands‑on approach at work, with the ability to meet deadlines and requests under tight time constraints.
