Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure smooth delivery for all confirmed orders.
• Prepare documentation including quotations and purchase orders.
• Provide after-sales customer support.
• Manage general administrative tasks.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Issue purchase orders and control documentation.
