Prepare quotations, shipping documents, and other required submissions accurately and on time.

Coordinate with internal teams, forwarders, and clients to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Maintain updated records of pricing, shipments, and customer requirements.

Provide responsive support and clear communication to enhance overall client satisfaction.
