Our client is an US based company that provides supply chain solutions and hardware for clients. They are looking for a sales support to join their team. You will be assisting with the order processing tasks, supporting sales team and following up with customers.

The Job:

• Doing order processing and ensuring prompt shipments
• Maintain relationship through follow up, responding to customers inquiries and resolving problems
• Creating delivery orders and invoices for delivery to customers
• Preparing packing list

The Talent:

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills and open to learn
