  • Position Title: Sales Support Executive/ Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:45PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Phone Allowance + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers, handle incoming inquiries, and follow up on potential leads.
  • Prepare quotations and formalize sales proposals based on client requirements.
  • Support and prepare both technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
  • Evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors, liaise with suppliers, and negotiate pricing.
  • Prepare tender documentation, including cost summaries, cost analysis, risk assessments, and approval documents.
  • Ensure timely submission of completed tender proposals in line with customer deadlines and requirements.
  • Provide detailed responses to inquiry documentation and address any subsequent requests for clarification.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments.
  • Create and manage a database of existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on sales and marketing-related activities.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
