Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman in Singapore is seeking a capable client support coordinator to assist the sales team with client engagement, prepare presentation decks, and gather information from clients and stakeholders to streamline processes.

You will maintain service standards to boost customer satisfaction and retention, ensure timely handling of requests, support lead tracking and outreach, and coordinate meetings with prospective and existing clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role; familiarity with insurance application processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement.
• Assist in gathering information and documentation from clients and stakeholders.

• Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner.
• Ensure that all transactions adhere to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements.

• Partner with customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery.
• Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.
• Support follow-up and meeting scheduling with prospective and existing clients and partners.

• Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements

• Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers requirements and enquiries
• Help in organizing and executing client prospecting activities, including lead tracking and initial outreach.

Skills and requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in a support, coordination, or client service role. Familiarity with insurance application processes and terminology is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
