Join a team that celebrates craft, design and meaningful gifting. As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll keep orders flowing, partners updated, and customers delighted—so every piece reaches its owner on time and in perfect condition.

What you’ll do
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals and simple contracts for the sales team.
  • Track sales orders end-to-end to ensure prompt fulfilment and great customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing and product information in our systems.
  • Handle enquiries with warmth and professionalism across phone, email and chat.
  • Work with suppliers: request quotes, compare terms, negotiate pricing and conditions.
  • Raise and process purchase orders; follow up on shipments for on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment for best-sellers and new launches.
  • Troubleshoot delivery, quality or quantity issues with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Keep purchasing files, supplier lists and documents current and audit-ready.
  • Liaise daily with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics to keep operations smooth.
  • Support simple reports/analysis for sales and purchasing; share market and competitor insights.
  • Assist with ad-hoc initiatives (promotions, launches, pop-ups) as needed.
What you’ll bring
