Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to provide professional support in order-related matters. Responsibilities include managing order processing, preparing documents, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining records. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry. Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and professional support to corporate customers on all order-related matters.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing from quotation to post-sales support.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and order documents accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with customers and logistics partners for delivery.
  • Maintain records of spare parts, price lists, and schedules.
  • Proactively update customers on order and shipment statuses.
  • Assist with customs documentation or shipment-related queries.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues.

  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth execution of service solutions.
