A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to manage customer inquiries and prepare quotations for equipment spare parts. The role involves coordinating with production and logistics, generating sales reports, and collaborating with finance on invoicing. The ideal candidate should have a diploma, relevant experience, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
Prepare and issue quotations for equipment spare parts, review customer purchase orders for accuracy, and create internal job orders.
Coordinate with production, project, logistics, and related departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and prepare shipping documents.
Act as the primary customer contact, managing inquiries, providing updates, and handling Certificates of Origin (COO) applications.
Communicate order progress, delivery schedules, and potential issues to customers promptly.
Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, forecast trends, and support management decisions.
Collaborate with the finance and sales teams on invoicing, payments, and sharing customer feedback for business improvement.
