Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage sales orders from entry to completion.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and relevant shipping documents.
  • Maintain accurate order records within the ERP system (SAP preferred).
  • Monitor order progress and follow up proactively on pending or delayed items.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure billing accuracy and timely invoicing.
  • Support weekly reporting and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Take initiative to identify issues, propose improvements, and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level, or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to manage tasks with good judgement.
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
