Customer Care and Account Support

Support Sales Specialists to raise quotation to customers using standard templates and perform online bidding for Government accounts.
Validate Master Service Agreement (MSA) in accordance with product policies and upload into e-ordering portal.
Assist Sales Specialists to perform post-sales follow-up work to track status and ensure orders/requests are completed and executed correctly.
Process billing adjustments and revisions accurately while investigating and resolving billing disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely bill uploads for government agencies, complying with regulations for smooth processing.
Perform any pre-sales/post-sales activities as and when required by Sales Specialists

Reporting

Perform deep dive analytics and reporting on mobile usage to provide insights to customers, operations team.
Generate monthly reports required for Sales Specialists (SSs)
Identify revenue leakages, cost savings, and recommend plans for recovery or improvement.

Requirements
  • Requires a minimum of 2 year of experience in sales support.
  • Able to speak and write fluent English
  • Good customer service and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Display initiative and willingness to learn
  • Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple service requests with strict time limits on an ongoing basis
