Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual tojoin our Events team as a Sales Support (Temporary). This role will primarily focus on vendor management and operational support for event-related activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial processes and assist in the execution of operational tasks to support successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and monitor outstanding payments from clients.
  • Prepare and send invoices accurately and on time.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain clear communication with clients regarding payment status.
  • Reconcile payments and update records in the system.
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Support the sales team with documentation, data entry, and reporting.
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution of operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of event-related transactions and documentation.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in accounts receivable or finance support roles preferred.
  • Must have experience in Events Sales Support
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Has experience with various supplier platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
