Indoor Sales Executive / Sales Support / Sales Coordinator
- Location: Office at Central area | Work Location: Island Wide
- Working Hours and Days: 5.5 Days | 830am – 530pm
- Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500 + Commission (Gross up to 4k)
Company specializing in the production, sales, trade, and service of aluminium formwork and self‑climbing platform.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of sales proposal, quotations and attending customer’s enquiries.
- Preparing documents and presentation materials for tender projects, and occasionally visiting customer sites with the Sales Manager.
- Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share.
- Planning of sales visit to customer to address customer’s needs.
- Conduct engaging technical presentations to illustrate product features and benefits to existing and prospective customers.
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholder on project progression including performance bond preparation, delivery lead time, installation date etc.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide post-sales support and liaise with customers.
- Follow up payment status with client.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Basic knowledge in QS is an advantage or plus
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognised institution are welcomed
- Relevant experience in sales roles in the construction industry or related fields.
- Able to start immediately / Technical background will be a plus
- Willing travel to overseas
