A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Sale Support Engineer to provide technical support and pre-sales engineering assistance. The role involves working closely with sales and project management teams, leading technicians, and building client relationships. Applicants should have a diploma or degree in engineering, with a preference for prior technical support or sales engineering experience. This position offers a basic salary of $2,800 - $3,450 plus bonuses.

Monday – Friday | 8.30am – 6.15pm
Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,450 + Bonus
Company is a Manufacturer of Animal Care Systems (Motor-Free Rodent Caging System), Medical & Hospital System (Didactic Material), Environmental Engineering (Custom Biowaste Treatment Systems)
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Life Science or Environmental).
A proven track record in a technical support or sales engineering role is preferred
Reports directly to the Sales Manager and Project Manager.
Technical Support: Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting. You'll also provide feedback to help with follow-up jobs.
Pre-Sales Engineering: Work with the Sales Manager to understand customer requirements and provide technical information on our products. You will also assist in preparing direct estimates and quotations and participate in the planning and survey phase of new installations.
Project Execution: Coordinate with the Project Manager to assist in the procurement of parts and components. You will also convert design drawings into working drawings, carry out tests and prepare reports for system commissioning, and ensure work is completed according to as-built drawings.
Team Leadership: Lead a team of technicians and assistants, delegating work and monitoring their progress to meet deadlines.
Client Relations: Build rapport with clients by showing you care about their concerns. You will be their key contact for technical advice and support.
