• Support Tender Manager to develop comprehensive BMS estimation which includes preparation of tender submission and marketing materials during tender and follow up stage
• Understand technical drawings and specification requirements
• Establish good relationship with vendors and negotiate with them
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering Discipline
• Preferably some technical knowledge of BMS System, Mechanical/ACMV related System
• Good communication skills and able to speak English well
• Well versed with Microsoft Office including Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Canvas
• Team player
• Able to prioritizes, organized and multitasking
