Job summary

A prominent energy solutions company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role involving job order processing, inventory management, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess an 'O' Level or equivalent education. Training will be offered for tools like Accpac and Sage. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least an 'O' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of Accpac, Sage, preferably, but it's not necessary. Training will be provided.

  • Issue new job orders (verifying capacity and material availability).
  • Prepare export documents for export delivery.
  • Updating and monitoring inventory status.
  • Assist the admin manager in daily administration matters.

  • Issue new job orders (verifying capacity and material availability)
  • Issue Delivery Orders & Invoices
  • Prepare export documents (eg, packing list & marking) for export delivery.
  • Generating materials purchase requisitions
  • Updating and monitoring inventory status
  • Arrange delivery with the service team, freight forwarder, and external transport company.
  • Assisting the admin manager in daily administration matters
  • Simple inventory management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & able to adhere to company SOPs
  • Able to carry out tasks professionally and keep to the delivery & service schedule
  • Safety-conscious
  • Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of Accpac, Sage, preferably, but it's not necessary. Training will be provided.
  • 5 working days: Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
