A maritime service company located in Singapore is seeking a Sales Coordinator responsible for managing customer requests and preparing offers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the naval sector, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. This role includes handling sales administration and coordinating with the Shipping department, ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt support and effective follow-up.
To manage customer requests, preparing offers within an assigned geographic area. Responsible for promptly generating offers and assisting customers in buying process for spares and service offering. Strengthening relationships with customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, by promptly handling requests, claims and orders. Frequent offers follow up calls to customers and identify new opportunities and represent the company’s products and services acting from office.
2+ years of experience in the naval sector, serving marine customers.
