  • Update and convert Bills of Materials (BOM) as needed.
  • Generate customer invoices on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
  • Process goods returns and issue corresponding credit notes.
  • Maintain clear and updated records of customer interactions.
  • Address customer billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Officer (CSO) when required.
